You don’t need detailing experience to start a career with On The Spot. We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, are comfortable working independently, and want to learn a skilled trade.
We’ll teach you the OTS process through structured onboarding and hands-on training. Once you’ve demonstrated that you can consistently deliver our standard, we trust you to do your job.
What the job looks like
- Travel to customer locations in a company-provided van
- Professionally detail customer vehicles
- Communicate with customers and provide a great experience
- Manage your assigned jobs and schedule throughout the day
- Maintain your van, equipment, and work area
- Ask for support when you need it
