We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive Auction Porter to join our dynamic team at On The Spot. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our vehicles are moved, maintained, and presented in the best possible condition, contributing to our company's legacy through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transportation of Vehicles: Move cars around the lot to ensure efficient use of space and organized access to vehicles as needed.
- Car Distribution: Distribute cars evenly to correct detail bays, maximizing workflow and productivity.
- Shop Maintenance: Uphold a clean and orderly environment within the shop, contributing to a safe and efficient workspace for all.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in safely operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Physically capable of moving vehicles efficiently and maneuvering around the active lot environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that car distribution and shop cleanliness meet company standards.

Additional Information:
- You will still be exposed to weather conditions and need to be able to handle working in the heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- You must be able to lift, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
- You should be able to drive or learn how to drive manual transmission.
- A valid driver's license is required to be maintained while working for On The Spot.
Time and Pay:
- Part-time to full-time hours depending on the level of business.
- End times vary depending on the level of business.
- Pay for work in the lanes is per vehicle completed and service provided unless otherwise approved and offered in your offer letter.
- Holidays and weekends vary but are limited.

On The Spot, however, provides its employees with heated and air-conditioned vans to help them stay comfortable while working. On the Spot also provides uniforms that match the season, which helps employees stay comfortable in warmer and colder temperatures.
Sometimes however it is just too cold or hot to work outside. On The Spot also has two fixed locations for residential clients to bring their vehicles to as well as commercial contracts that provide indoor locations where their services can be completed, allowing us to work indoors even when it is too hot or cold to work outside. This allows us to maintain a full-time workforce year round, no matter what the weather is like.
Ok, Ok, but what about the pay?
On the Spot's pay structure is designed to be competitive at entry level and well above the average for experienced detailers. We also provide employees with the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions. This allows employees to earn additional income based on their hard work and dedication.
